- Check-in: From 16:00
- Check-out: Before 10:00
- Self check-in via lockbox
Late check-out may be requested subject to availability (€25 per additional hour).

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Groups composed entirely of guests under 35 years old are not accepted
- A valid photo ID is required upon arrival
- A security deposit of €800 is required at check-in and returned after inspection
- Local eco-tax: €2.20 per person per night

- No parties or events allowed
- No commercial photography
- Quiet hours: 23:00 – 09:00
- Visitors not included in the reservation must be notified in advance
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only, using ashtrays

Pool & Outdoor Use
- The swimming pool may be used during the day
- Please avoid noise that may disturb neighbours
- The barbecue near the entrance and the fireplace are not available for use

Sustainability & Responsible Use
- Please use air conditioning, lighting and water responsibly
- 35 kWh per day are included; excess consumption is charged at €0.50 per kWh
- Waste must be separated for recycling
- Do not dispose of wipes, sanitary products or hazardous items in the toilet

Before Departure
- Before leaving, please:
- Gather used towels
- Dispose of all rubbish
- Empty the refrigerator and freezer
- Turn off lights and air conditioning
- Return keys and lock the property
