These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of the holiday property known as Casa Felix, located at Carrer des Caülls, 37, Cas Miot, 07141, Pont d’Inca Nou, Illes Balears, Spain (hereinafter “the Property”).

By completing a booking through casafelixmallorca.com or any affiliated platform, the Guest agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A booking is confirmed once the Guest has received a written confirmation email from Casa Felix and the required deposit has been successfully processed.
Casa Felix reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion, in which case any payment received will be fully refunded.
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The deposit is processed securely via Stripe.
The remaining 70% of the total amount is due upon arrival and must be paid in cash directly to the owner or authorised representative.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are per night. VAT (IVA) is not included in the advertised prices.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will forfeit the deposit. No refund will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to reservations@casafelixmallorca.com. The date of receipt will be used to determine the applicable refund.
Casa Felix strongly recommends that Guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellation costs.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies to all bookings throughout the year.
The Property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior written authorisation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as found upon arrival. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state.
In accordance with Balearic Islands legislation, an eco tax (Impost de Turisme Sostenible) of €2.20 per person per night applies to all guests aged 16 and over. This is payable on arrival and is not included in the booking price.
A security deposit of €800 is required upon arrival and will be returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
Casa Felix accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience suffered by any Guest, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. Guests use all facilities, including the swimming pool and garden, at their own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands.
